Welcome! Over the next seven days, you’ll develop key listening skills through short, focused daily exercises. Designed for learners at IELTS 4.5+, this challenge will help you: 1. Understand main ideas and predict content (Day 1) 2. Decode keywords and infer meaning (Day 2) 3. Grasp numbers and cultural clues (Day 3) 4. Analyse speaker attitudes and hidden messages (Day 4) 5. Master natural speech patterns (Day 5) 6. Apply listening to real-world tasks (Day 6) 7. Review and refine all skills (Day 7) What makes this unique? • Critical thinking questions to deepen comprehension (you are highly advised to write answers to these questions). • Reflection prompts to help you track your progress and reflect on your journey in the programme. Flexible & supportive: Complete at your own pace, though the programme will be open for 14 days from the day it is released (09/06/2025) until 23/09/2025. Keep a journal to maximize your results! At the end of the course there will be a short (14 question) survey where I would like you to provide me feedback with based on your experience, please.
